MASTER GARDENER 2010 SEEDLING SALE
Are you counting the days till the snow disappears and the ground thaws? Are you thumbing through all the seed catalogs? Yep, it’s that time of year again and we hope to entice you with some of our offerings. We’re continuing to offer veggies and fruits along with our evergreens. For those of you who didn’t get your asparagus last year, you have a chance again or add to your plantings with Purple Passion asparagus (with a name like that you just have to get some). For those of you who wish to broaden your harvest we’re offering gooseberries this year. We’re adding onions to our vegetable offerings, but no potatoes. (We’re still nervous about last year’s blight). Can’t make up your mind, try one of our specialty packs: 30 different spruce seedlings (dare we say they are deer resistant?) or two berry options; our BB (Berry Bundle) or our VBB (Very Berry Bundle) which adds currants and gooseberries. While you have until Friday March 5th to get your order in, some of the items like yellow raspberries and onions are limited, so the sooner you get your order in, the more likely we can fill it.
