Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster
County offers the following FREE Financial Education Programs on an
on-going basis.
- Saving Energy
Saving Dollars - a 2 hour class that teaches effective, low cost ways
to improve the comfort of your home while lowering your utility bills.
- Making Ends
Meet - a 2 hour class that helps participants learn how to better
manage their money. Learn how to budget, plan for large expenses,
set realistic spending and savings goals.
- Wise Up Women
- a 2 hour class for women age 17-45. Learn how to become
financially secure and manage your finances!

at various locations around the county.
