New for 2011

LIVESTOCK PASSES
Each family entering Livestock in the Ulster County Fair shall be eligible to receive ONE Livestock parking pass.  This will enable the vehicle to be parked on the Fair Grounds side of the road in front of the pool.

DRESS CODE
Ulster County 4-H has instituted a Dress Code.  Details can be found on page 3 of the 4-H Premium Book and in the rules section of each animal species.

All Star Duty
Anyone entering an exhibit in the Fair is required to sign up for a 4 hour shift of 4-H All Star duty.  Cloverbuds are required to do 1 hour of 4-H All Star duty.  Animal exhibitors will do 4 hours of All Star duty per barn.  Sign-up for 4-H All Star duty will be on Fair Set-Up Day, Sunday, July 31, or on Static Judging Day, Monday, August 1.  The sign-up sheet will be at the 4-H Office in the Youth Building.

New Classes Offered for 2011
Foods & Nutrition – Pies, Tarts or Turnovers and Maple Syrup Products.
Visual Arts – Pictures of 4-H Projects, Activities and Trips
Floral Design – Dry or Fresh Flower Corsage, Table arrangement, Plaque, Large Arrangement, Miniature Arrangement
