Livestock Auction Members Schedule

Here are some important things to know about selling an animal at the 4-H Fair Livestock Auction:

• You must enter your animal(s) in the appropriate auction class for that animal (See Fair Book).

• 7:00 pm Tuesday: Weighing all Large Animal Auction Classes and Turkeys in Swine Barn.

• 6:30 pm Wednesday: Weighing all Small Animal Auction Classes in/at Auction Class.

• 4:00 pm Saturday: All 4-Her’s and their parents, who have animals in the auction are required to be available to help set up for the Auction. When everyone shows up, the set-up doesn’t take very long.

• Saturday pm: Be ready to work/take down immediately after the auction.

• 11:00 am Sunday: Post-Auction meeting required for all auction members to write thank you notes and complete your records.
