EXHIBITOR GATE PASSES

An Exhibitor Gate Pass is a small card which enables the card holder to get into the Ulster County Fair for FREE! They are one-time use only. They do not get you onto the rides.

Each 4-H-er is allowed one Exhibitor Pass for each day they are involved in a 4-H event, working at the 4-H Snack Bar or Milkshake Booth, giving other 4-H volunteer assistance or feeding of their 4-H animal exhibits. This includes a pass for coming into the Fair Grounds on Sunday after 6:00 pm to pick up any exhibits and any kind of judging that you, the 4-Her, needs to be present for.

No passes are needed on Monday and Tuesday when you bring in your exhibits. The Fair officially opens this year on Tuesday at 4:00 pm so from then on, you will need to have a pass to get in for free.

Each 4-H member exhibiting Static, Bowl & Pocket Pets, Horse or Dog are entitled to 1 discount ride pass (discount ride passes can be turned in at the gate with $5.00 on the day you want to ride), and 5 one-day passes per family. All livestock families will receive wristband(s) good for all six days of the fair (one per exhibitor and 2 for parents).  Exhibitor passes are not meant for grandparents, friends or other relatives. We need people to support the Fair by paying regular admission.

DISCOUNT RIDE PASS

This benefit is only for 4-H members - not for adults. It enables you to get
into the Fair for free as well as to get a ride bracelet for only $5.00. 4-H exhibitors get on the rides for $5.00 for one day of your choice. Passes for the bracelets can be picked up from the 4-H Fair office starting on Monday. The discount ride pass is only for 4-Hers who are actively involved in 4-H
Fair events and/or have at least one exhibit at the Fair, and work their 4 hour All Star Duty.
